error while joining a room

... when i open cross fire i find that there are things wrong while joining a room .. and the game shutdown ... then it send me an error message

I had the same thing happened with me yesterday but no error massage appeared
thegame crashed several times with no reason.

No one is answering in this section,
this section is completely useless
the best thing you can do is heading to the support >press here<

CrossFire> technical support then tell them about your issue and w8 until they reply

posting your issue here in this section won't help you,next time go for the support directly.

this thing happened about a month ago ... and i left the game till now .. but i want to solve that problem because i want to play ... so i want someone to tell me what i can do ? ... please anyone answer me ?
