Is Z8 being hacked?

I have noticed a few threads that peoples accounts are being stolen by keyloggers due to the new adds here at z8.Im concered of this because I have spent close to 500 usd on this game.I will not be a happy person if my account is stolen and will seek any legal action nessacery towards z8 and the one who stole my account.I dont want to sound like a d**k,but 500 dollars is alot of money IMO.

500 is alot of money.
There is just a virus running around here (so expected), nothing in-game is being hacked, and accounts have been fine (I believe). It's a pretty basic virus, just use a good browser, with a good internet security software and you will be fine.
If you do end up getting it: Anti-Malware. -

LMAO these pops ups make me laughIts true, it happen to someone yesterday and It happend to me, It send me to weird websites and send me random shiit Pop-ups with programs on them..
It happend me after I was switching topics of threads in Forums, YES THIS FORUMS.. -

When using hacks, then logging in, your account could be keylogged. Thats my opinion.
This is the only way to really have your account Keylogged without having a really easy password to guess.
None of the advertisements contain keyloggers. As for the currently problems, they are being addressed, but everyone can easily take precautions for this and future problems by keeping an up to date antivirus and firewall. -

Adware/Spyware/Malware/viruses can do way more annoy the user.

I just got it from an old game. Took a wild guess here. -
The easiest and surest way to avoid this problem for now is to use Firefox and Adblock Plus. I have been using this the entire time and I have not seen one of those popups. From what I can tell this is because of one of the advertisements that are linked on the site. I spent most of today trying to isolate where it was coming from, but I have had no luck even on an unsecured system. That being said, I have a feeling that the affected ad may be tied to geographical location.
Anyway, if you have received this popup and are infected please immediately download, update and run Malwarebytes Antimalware:

This antimalware software is fully capable of removing this infection and returning your system to normal. After a complete scan has been done, please reply in this thread with your geographical location, what browser you were using and if possible the ad that you saw displayed right before the popup showed up. Any information that we can gather will help to eliminate this problem as soon as possible.
Keep in mind that this malware infection does not contain a keylogger. The most common source of keyloggers is actually working or nonworking hacks. So if you thought it would be fun to try a hack, even if it didn't work, you might be getting more than you bargained for. -

It's a rouge software. Your privacy maybe at risk if you installed it.

I don't have a full explanation for the pop ups and trojans going on.
We're still on holiday hours but we will attempt to try and track down an explanation for whats going on.
Grey's methods for cleaning your computer will work in case it happens to you.
The keyloggers (if any) within these trojans and adware/spyware are likely not looking for your z8 account information so I would still assume that most hacking programs are still containing key loggers.
Those 3rd party programs and the general lack of account security most of our users seem to have are the biggest culprits of account stealing. But I would tread lightly until we can figure this out.
As with all account problems make sure to report them to support.z8games.com and we'll sort out this popup/ad/web issue in the coming days.
