Add Server Time In Client

Add a server time on the client, a lot of people have asked when the server time was around when patches are going to happen.

(No this is not because I'm stupid and don't know the server time. I live in East Coast, same time as CF Servers.)

It is but when people are in the game they can't see the time.

As long as it is only shown on server selection. I sure as hell would not like to know the time in USA when I live in UK.
