Gay has only one meaning for me, which is homosexual. People can say 'happy' all they want but that's how it was reference when I was raised. Nonetheless, It would be impossible for me to homophobic.

I think the test is based on how 'homosexuals' think or something.. so.. basically a stereotype test. Base your result on how feminine you are would be the most realistic way to put it.

I've found that very few people refuse to tell you their wage, if you ask privately. -

Well, I mostly said it as a joke to make fun of all the polls and surveys they do but my work is a prime example of this. Before I became the manager at a retail store, there was a guy there that handled everyone's wages. When they fired him and hired me, I received access to all of their files. None of the women there made more than the minimum wage ($7.90), and for that matter they never received a raise in the 10-20 years that they were there, but almost half the men in the same position received anywhere from $10-13 an hour and they had all received raises more than once and were at the company for less than 5 years. Like I said, I say it as a joke, but traditionally speaking that was the standard. Men USED to make more than women. Now that everyone and their mom has a degree, that's not so much the case anymore but it can still happen if you get the wrong type of person in management.
