Ping issue?

idklolololol

sense this yesterday around 5ish iv had 94-104 ping. when normally I have 74-78 while running a ts3 from my computer spotify and Skype all at once. but today its been increased by 20 and I don't know why or understand iv tried restarting my router.
not sure why its doing this. anyone having an issue like this or know of a fix of some sort?

also im on wireless but still iv always been on wireless.
