Please delete that post with your LoginID.
To do that, click "Edit" on the bottom right of a post, then "Delete". Under "Deletion Options" you want to select "Delete Message". You can leave a deletion reason if you so choose. Then finalize it with a final "Delete this Message".
The reason I ask you to do so is because you should NOT be posting account information here at all.
OT: As for your technical issue, which ZP deposit option did you try to use with your bank card? From which country are you attempting this deposit?
Perhaps your bank is blocking the transaction on their end. Perhaps you did input a wrong sort of information on the deposit screen and need to double check.
For example, the Credit Card option in the USA is from BuddieShops Ltd. If I had an issue purchasing I would first talk to them through an email to their Support section.
There are other ZP deposit options, at least from the USA category, that can use a credit card as well. Those would be found under "E-Wallet" where you can purchase via their site's methods like PayPal or to use your own credit card.
Or you can purchase an "E-Pin" on the respective depositing provider's website then input the PIN in the Z8Games deposit screen.
There's plenty of other choices if one doesn't work out well for you.
But I'll reiterate my comment once again.- Please delete that post with your LoginID.

OT: You should contact the bank that issued your credit card. Verify with them if you can make purchases from Z8games.com.
From there you'd need to troubleshoot the problem with BuddieShop.

Failed to pass security validations.
Every time I go to purchase ZP, it asks me to confirm that that's the right amount i'd like to purchase (like normal) Once I confirm that it's the right amount of ZP, is when it displays the error message informing me that I have failed to pass security validations. I've already spoke with my bank. They told me that everything is fine with my card, no restrictions. Let me also add that my bank did inform me that BuddieShopsCC declined my purchase. I've purchased ZP maybe a week prior, so I'm curious why this would be happening now? I've submitted a ticket. Hope they get this sorted out soon. Credit card: Visa: United States:
