You could just ask politely. Don't have to be rude to someone who is here to run events to support the community.

I asked people to contact me on mumble or in private so I can fix these issues. Todays fix isn't quite as simple since the admin above me who can do these hotfixes is out of town, so I am having to make do with the resources I have. For future references if you want help with an issue, being rude is very counter-productive and doesn't make anyone more inclined to help you.
