ESG is coming back! Plus an apology from [GM]Saidin
I'm jumping the gun and stealing ESG's thunder because it's such exciting news.
ESG will be returning very soon with tournaments with even larger cash prizes!
Part of us jumping the gun here is to let me apologize personally to the competitive community for the Cash Prize distribution for the ESG Winter series and ESG Spring series.
Sometimes logistics with our company can get in the way of what our production team wants to happen instantly. In these cases some staff changes and internal policy changes for how we handle invoices for partners etc. Got in the way of us delivering the prize money in a timely manner.
As such the cheques were held back and did not go out until late last week.
ESG had nothing to do with this mixup and this problem.
side note, ZP delivery happens faster because the process is much easier.
I want to personally apologize on behalf of Z8Games (G4Box) to the entire competitive community and to the winning teams. This was out of my own control, but the cheques HAVE BEEN MAILED and they will arrive in our players hands very soon. I have personally confirmed this fact.
That all being said, we are happy to announce our support to increasing the prize pool for upcoming ESG tournaments! And with that, our policy's are in place to expedite the delivery of prize money so that our winners can enjoy their winnings as soon as possible.
We're looking to help ESG make their tournaments even better. We'll be supplying Armor for playoff rounds for the next tournament, and there will be even better incentives to play an entire tournament out. Including ways to get your team qualified to play for Cross Fire Stars Season 3!
So with that, we are excited for our partnership and can't wait to watch the competition happen all summer long.

Referring to the current 14001 error?
Update your C++ Libraries, it should allow you to run the game. We've also seen windows 7 update fix the problem too.
We have an update (as indicated in the main announcement threads) that a fix is coming at 10pm Tonight. (4.5 hours from now) -

Updates, when released, can come out with issues that need to be addressed. With these issues, they have to sift through all their code and inputs to find the issue.
There are fixes to this that have been released, IE C++/Windows Updates. Similar to downloading your drivers, these need to be updated to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.
Quit being an ugly polish *** and go out for a few hours until they can fix the issue. Not being able to play the game for a day won't kill you.

Updated my windows 7. Reinstalled my graphic card drivers, c++, framework. Still no luck. Sorry about being so hostile in my first post, Crossfire is my life and I'm having a hard time dealing with not being able to play it. -

Pimp -> have you tried the game now? Does it work? If not, what is the error you're getting?
Logic -> I reached out through the community Purvis to tell him we are going to look at some support options. At the moment we have not had any direct communication, however that will change soon enough.
For official support, I can't guarantee anything at this moment. But we're going to certainly look at all options.
