Can't buy ZP

Hi, I tried buying any amount of ZP with VISA on the web mall on Z8Games website and I get this error:

Reason:Failed to pass security validations.

and then it just has a button to go back.

Did you check your credit card? Did they charge you nonetheless?
I have a pending support ticket (which disappeared for no reason, this is the 2nd try but thats another matter) for the same problem, they still charged me the amount but no zp

Mine is a credit card. Visa. I've used it to buy ZP like maybe a week prior, so I don't know what's going on. i just keep getting a security validation error. Atleast It's not taking my money, it declines my transaction all together...
