yap, i only see the OS that are for upgrades like uprading windows 7 to 8
but i need an windows8 OS for new harddrive

so OEM are the ones for new computer build?

yes that one will work as well, just make sure it isn't an upgrade disc and it is 64 bit so you can upgrade your memory in the future
