Im not too sure why its that loud on the stream. If this is what he was hearing, then he would be deaf.

Go to Volume Mixer and turn down CF.

Does your headphones have their own separate volume controls?

If so, go ahead and turn those to 100% then turn down your master volume on your PC. If it somehow picks up the volume from within the game itself, turn down the volume in CF and adjust it on your pc master volume.

Thats 1 thing I thought of but there are other possibilities why its like that.
