Visa Vanilla (Giftcard) payment options?

So I was wondering since I got two Visa Vanilla giftcards (not credit or debit i don't think) for the holidays, is there anyway I can purchase ZP or exchange it for a payable option? If there is a website where you can exchange to like paypal or something? I don't have much experience in this, however the last time I had one of these "Visa Vanilla" I tried putting it in the Credit/Debit option in the item mall, but it wouldn't comply and kept subtracting some ridiculous $1 fee after every try so I gave up lol. Just need some helpful feedback here thanks... D

i have the same problem, i tried it this morning couldnt get zp it says vanilla visa gift card debit

Do you mean Mastercard Vanilla =b. I use them all the time!

You need to register your card online (i.e. your address, name, phone number... etc...), PayPal and most of the other online billing APIs check your Postal Code and/or other details w/ MasterCard or the Visa Gift Card's system before letting the payment go through. As for the $1.80 CAD (I think), you will get it back in about 7 days...

Mastercard Vanilla:

Insert you Card Number and Serial (found at back)

Visa Gift Card (Canada):
http://www.giftcardstore.ca/visacard/
Insert your Card Number, '9999' (first time) and the 3-digit code at the back of the card

Edit: Please wait up to 24 hours (12 should do) before trying to buy, even though it says you can use it immediately, the Visa Gift Card is more reliable IMO, it has never failed for me...

Wait up to 48 hours after checkout at the kiosk for the network to update the card data w/ the datacentre and populate it with credit...

'Invalid Card Number' probably means the card is either not activated or you typed it wrong...

I can tell you that i find the usage of these cards to be iffy at best depending on what site you use them on. Paypal is particularily frustrating to use if i remember correctly. Try using click and buy and see if you have more success there.
