need an answer from ESL admin

i have signed up for my team USS Club for ESL Go4CF #1 but we did not show up in any matches. i was the leader of the team but we disbanded . so i tried to leave the league on ESL page but it did not let me leave. i couldnt even kick members out my team or leave team. i already sent a support ticket but have not received any responses. so i created another account on ESL and joined TSGH team, i added game account and have been waiting for admin to confirm it but no responses. please answer TY

There should be an option to delete the team when you go in to manage your team.

They said i cant delete cuz there are 5 people in my team
Then I tried to kick people out and they said the minimum in the team is 5
I tried to leave the league and they said can't leave at this moment.
