I realize this isn't a technical issue, but I have come to the forums seeking some kind of help from the mods.
In 2012 I joined the military as infantry. Obviously while at basic I am not able to have access to video games. I came back a while ago, but I just recently wanted to get back into gaming as a hobby. So no brainer, I downloaded crossfire, a game I dumped loads of money into. I could not remember my account information as well as the email I used to sign up for the account. I tried sending in a support ticket thinking "oh no big deal, they deal this all the time." However to my dismay, my account has been "flagged for account sharing." This is simply untrue. I don't understand how I am held to blame when I have obeyed the terms and agreements. I in no circumstances, gave my account to anyone while I was away. However I am being held responsible for something I couldn't have done. It just seems unfair that one of my friends has been allowed to recover his account on multiple occasions and the one time I attempt, my support ticket gets immediately closed without any revision. The account in question is by the name iWanted, i have multiple reciepts for zp, as well as in game screenshots of storage, the log in name, and videos on my youtube channel of me playing. I understand this is not an issue of whether the account is mine, however, the person that holds my account now, is to blame for the misunderstanding. Not I.

Hey, I remember watching your M4A1 Custom review :O
TBH dude you shouldn't EVER, at all give away your details. If someone else has access to your account, it's because you either did that OR your password was hilariously easy.

I'd just suggest you try again, or call support ( If you can lol ) and sort out the situation.

Z8Games takes no responsibility for an account in which more than one person may know the confidential information of. Accounts involved in sharing instances may require information as listed in [1.1.4] to prove ownership. Z8Games reserves the right to leave the account in its current state or close an account if information can’t be corroborated.

[1.1.4] Account Return Policy
In the event that an account becomes compromised it is the player’s responsibility to contact Z8Games with the most amount of information they can provide. Z8Games may require additional information to prove account ownership. This information includes but is not limited to; the security question and answer, the original Registered Email, the IP address of the registering computer and Financial Transaction receipts/records. If at such time it is impossible for Z8Games to prove ownership then the account may be ignored, left in its current status or closed. It is not the responsibility of Z8Games to return lost accounts to any specific person or player.

i know perfectly well how the account administration section works,

your friend can recover his account bcz he can prove his ownership,while you can't

if you can prove your ownership,why wouldn't they assist you ?

After some time my account was stolen and The thief bought ZP . Then I recover my account .It is possible to get an account without knowing the first email, password and security Asked Question ? I think any GM gave my account without obtaining the most important data.

Its not possible no, You need be able to tell you're first ID/SEC/E-Mail. To prove that this really is you're account.

So i guess you should start with a new account ( if you're country isn't blocked )

Yesterday we played clan war, the day the password is not good. I mention that I use Google Authenticator (Android phone) to log into my email.
In November 2013 the account was stolen by a guy from Canada,I received many threats from him, I complained to support.
I know where to get my account. Just because you spent some money in the period when he was the owner.
