disconnected after clan match

every time i play a clan match, i get disconnected when it's finnished.
first i get to the score, then i click ok and i get to the room, where all the other players and me are ready, and i can only click join game. when i click join game, i get a message that says "disconnected from server" and i get back to the server selection. then when i select a server, i get a message that says "your id is already logged in please log in again" or some thing like that, then i can click ok or cancel. if i click ok i get the message again and if i click cancel, crossfire shuts down. why?
