reset/kill not workin

how come when i buy the reset kills/death it doesnt reset my clan matches team death,ghost mode, and elimination?

Cuz you got to go to mall them my items on the side and click on it then it will be there and press use

Thats not true lol...
Once it's activated it "should" reset everything kill/death wise
But as with most things z8 offer, it's always been bugged
