Where can I report Scammer ?

Hello everybody,
I'm from Germany and I hope my English is not so bad
the Problem is that I don't know where I can report Scammer.
I have about 10 Pictures/Screenshots where Scammer write Sites to me,
where I can get for example "Kukri Halloween" for free...

Include unedited screenshots and a brief description.

The general idea is , Dont fall for scam sites and/or mohamed's spamming ******.****** ,is beyond the joke.
All i can say is dont spam anymore pls it's a HOAX If you continue then your ip will be port scanned .But hey they dont even understand English ...
so Scan away @ leisure
