what does inactive barrage means?

Finally found out what happened. Here it is:

Changing of positions from Inactive and Honorary member to an active position, results a barrage of five days. Some of the functions are protected to avoid abuse. Leaders and Co-Leaders have full control, matchorgas have all rights necessary to manage matches.

Basically someone on your team changed you from active to inactive and then active again. So I would advise to tell your team not to do that so you don't get a temp ban because of something Team Captains Control.
