Forum Avatars

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but it isn't related to CF and I need quick responses.

I'm no novice to forums at all but I am having some issues changing my avatar and forum picture. I've tried uploading multiple avatars but none of them are working. It either says "Invalid File" or "Upload of file failed." I've tried numerous picture formats and have made sure that the are under 100 x 100 and are under 19kb but it just isn't working. It's the only forum I've had this issue with.

Someone please be kind enough to give me some support, or perhaps a mod can do it for me.

Thank you for the notification. We have forwarded the avatar issue to the proper department and hope to have it fixed soon. We can not give an estimate as to when however.

Actually, it is a company. The headquarters are in Canada somewhere. I think it's Toronto but I might be wrong.

Z8Games is a website, or game portal if you will.
Games published (not developed) by G4Box are published under the "Z8Games" name.
