Client MFC Application

Hey,

I'm having an issue with Crossfire. Today I reinstalled my entire computer because it was getting really slow. I've just finished installing crossfire again, but when I start the game I get an error. It happens right after HGWC finishes loading: my screen turns black, probably loading the login page, but then I get the following message and have to close Crossfire. (Translated to English, may be not 100% accurate as it is not my native language.)

"In Client MFC Application there has occured an error and has to be shut down. Our apoligy for the inconvenience."

My computer is quite old and thus running Windows XP, which might be the problem? I hope someone knows how I can fix this!

(Also, I didn't know what prefix to use so I took CRASH BUGS...)

If your running Crossfire on a Windows XP then it won't work Crossfire does not support Windows XP anymore.
