Servers were brought down again for a period of approximately 15 minutes to correct an issue with the 50% off Crates.

The 50% off was not being applied to the new crates, but this has now been corrected. We have verified and tested internally that these crates are now properly priced and working correctly.

Players who had purchased these crates between 11:15pm EDT and 12:00am EDT will have the 50% of their ZP returned.

What happened to pings in Alpha? Playing from Ohio-Usa my ping went from my norm
35-45 to 280! My internet is fast, nobody else using it, my pc is all up to date, virus free, registry is all good. About spit my beer out when I seen my ping ! Tried all the normal stuff, reboot router etc with no help. Something is wrong somewhere...........

I just tried UK server, (one I normally never play) and my ping was 123.....Alpha was still the 280.....Called my cable company, they did their normal line test etc. said everything looks good. Download speed 53...upload 5.5 my pc is hardwired to the modem so its not a wireless issue. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

My ping is messed up also. Instead of 35 ping on UK servers I'm getting 50-200 ping.
Someone else is using connection but I shouldn't spike like that.

My ping's been like this for hours now and it's annoying the dog shet outta me. I even did a fresh download for the hell of it. I live in NY and my ping should be 38-42. Idk wtf they did with this patch but it was a COMPLETE failure...

It's always a failure with Z8, didn't you know that already?

I get the same ping as I did before the patch, I live in New York also.
