Weapon workdhop-customization

Guys i have been thinking about that? ,can we make a place to customize weapons from colours?
Ex:i have desert eagle(white)-after customization(black)?can this be possible?
Another thing(customized bullets-fast reload upgrade-fire rate increase)
in other words A weapon workshop
Rulez for customzing

1-player must have HS ribbon
2-must be captain ranked or higher
3-must be perma black market weapon
