Esl official changes

First of all we would like to apologize for the issues that occurred during Saturdays launch of the go4 cup events we will be hosting for Crossfire. We had a few issues that caused us to have to end the tournament abruptly and for that I apologize.

I would also like to formally announce that the ESL events for this version of CF will now be ran by Head Admins Slaya and I, along with some other support admins for CF events.

Here is the current plan for ESL:

Once the brackets are fixed properly, teams will play out the remainder of go4cup 1 matches on Saturday night (The 26th). The brackets should be adjusted accordingly by tomorrow. As of now only 2 match scores need fixing. IF you started a match, but did not finish, the entirety of the match is to be replayed for that round (So basically any team that started round 2, but did not finish will have to replay). The time for the event start will be announced within the next few days.

The next go4 cup is planned for the following day Sunday (The 27th)
This event will be played out entirely that day in single elimination format.
This also gives ESG teams a chance to compete in an event this coming weekend if they had a conflict because of match times for entering the first cup. We do apologize, but the brackets will be played out as they stand for the first cup, but as I previously said, you will be able to play in cup #2 on Sunday.

For future events we may modify the map pool down from 9 maps to the international 5 since ESL events will eventually be deciding some of the teams that will compete for the CF Stars S3 spot. As of now the current map pool will remain the same until further notice.

Once again, we apologize for the issues that occurred with the start of go4 cup #1, but with the new admin staff we hope to eliminate these issues from ever occurring again.

We hope for your continued support as we host many events over the next months for the Crossfire Community and we welcome any feedback from players, and are happy to assist you and help you if you have any questions regarding ESL events and rule sets.
