Since we have yet to hear from Chase all matches will more than likely be restarted next Saturday and next weeks cup will be played on the Sunday. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will make sure I have Chase's powers on ESL website for the next event so that this does not occur again.

Trio didnt show because they had to play in ESG BUT !nstinct never showed up.

other teams didnt show up though for first round i notice some team went to 2nd roudn without playing

Yea we were a no show for ESL because we had an ESG match (we actually played the first map, tied and realized there wasn't enough time to finish), if any teams need to be replaced trio is willing to play next saturday.

Nice. We should just start where we left off on Round 2 but if it does get restarted from Round 1 the brackets should be reset/changed again.

EDIT: For every round, people are supposed to upload their mosses and I see that a lot of teams were accepted as the winning team when they didn't even upload moss. There's no point of using moss if it's not going to be mandatory to upload it.

The remainder of the cup will be played out from round 2 excluding Ace Gaming and BALLAHS who have already played their 2nd round match and have advanced into quarter finals. Thanks for bringing the MOSS issue to my attention, I didn't realize it wasn't already a provision but every single player will have to upload moss for every match played.

Will there be any place for the teams that had to take a forfeit in order to play ESG?

Unfortunately not in this cup, Chase intentionally scheduled the cup to conflict with ESG times and I've already updated the brackets. You'll have your opportunity to compete in the next go4cf cup.
