Can you show us the SS that they have 4 players in the room?

Or just simply said you don't have to show it cause.... everyone understood.

You weren't there, it took them a lot longer than one minute. They were on ESL client because they had a match, not by accident. The 4th player was not back in "1 minute". From 9:10-9:18 i can say with confidence they did not have 4 players.

Another thing, why was our dispute overturned? WE WERE IN THE FINALS! Where they required to prove they had four players in before 9:15? I doubt it.

I am extremely dissapointed in your response polleus, on the other thread its as clear to you as it is to me they didn't have 4 players in the room. Wasn't it you that said during our 7 PM est game "Pick a league to play in" when instinct didn't show up? Same thing happened, except its ACE GAMING.

Im not going to be making another thread, i don't mean to spam. I am upset with the way you responded to this, i really am.

Now I have not looked at the rules entirely but Ace did have 4 members in the room prior to 9:15. It may have been only for 10 seconds or so, but they did have 4 members.

But if the rules state that teams NEED to have 4 players IN the room at 9:15 then it is another story...

9 to 9:10 - Ace Gaming was not in the room yet
9:10 to 9:14 - Ace Gaming shows up with 3 to 4 members. The 4th came in but left the room.
9:15 - Ace Gaming only had 3 members in the room at this time which is when Trio took the SS.

Now there is an issue here with the rules. Yes, Ace Gaming had atleast 4 members in the room prior to 9:15 but Ace Gaming did NOT have 4 in the room at 9:15.

Why does everyone have to ride the ****ing rules? Why can't you just be reasonable people and just play the ****ing match when both teams have 5 in the room? Is it really that big of a deal if you have to wait another minute or two after grace period? Trio you guys shouldn't even be in playoffs right now, consider yourselfs lucky you even got the opportunity to get smashed by ace gaming.

And as of the official ESG Rules, that's not fielding 4 players. FIELDING MEANING TO PLAY. Not in the lobby.

They did not, and could not PLAY prior to 9:15. That's against the rules, and MEANS... That Trio can dispute.

And technically Trio did not have 5 players readied up. What now? Go back to looking for excuses. I was there and talked to both teams. Told em to man up and play the freaking match. They knew damn well that Ace.Gaming was there to play them and they chose to go the cheap route to get a win.

As of the screenshot they provided they couldn't ready up because someone from Ace gaming was on the wrong team. Technically they could use the other teams spots in the lobby I guess, and in that respect they are in the wrong, but I can see them not readying up simply because someone was on the wrong team.

If I was on Trio, I would have disputed this too. But in all honesty, I would show good sportsmanship and let Ace Gaming go.

Not to hate on Trio but man did Ace Gaming kick your ass in the Semi-Finals. Do you really want to dispute a match where you lost that badly? I would understand if it was close like 10-8 but it was nowhere near that.

I don't are about the win!
Ace gaming is cheating, they should be given the loss and disqualified from the tournament. Hell, because of the fact that we weren't readied up in the ss I asked for both of us to be given a loss. I don't want to be in the fins because I don't deserve to be there, but Ace Gaming doesn't deserve to be there either.

It has nothing to do with maning up.. you ****ing dumbass.. they couldnt ready up cause the downsyndrome malte was on their side..
just make a league without rules that would be better..

Yes it was and I agree to that. But even if you still played, if your dispute was accepted then the outcome of the match wouldnt matter

The point of a league's existence is to determine who the better team is. Finding holes in the rule set won't make you guys look or become better.

I hope you guys feel disgusted by even coming to the approach of DQing a team for the stupidest reason ever.

Be honest with me and answer this one question.

If the game started as planned with all members from both teams ready on time, do you think Trio would have had a better chance against Ace Gaming?

He acknowledged the fact that Ace gaming did not have 5 at the grace period (which is your whole argument). Is there something else that he should know to have a say in this disagreement?

Purvis was present in the room. 4th person came in the room prior to 9:15 PM. This was the person that I was told had to relog and start the ESG client because they were still on the ESL client.

A report from Logic himself, not even 2 minutes afterwards. Obviously Ace Gaming was showing up ready to play. It's different when no one shows up, it's obviously going to be a forfeit. So yes, with the report that someone had to re-log, which takes 1 to 2 minutes, I fully on exercised our right to allow them a courtesy so that they could get on the AC and come back in game.

This is the semi-finals. We'd rather see a match played out than see a team take a screen shot (in between a player logging back in to the game) in order to get the forfeit win, no matter what teams are in the spots. Take that as you want. If you don't like it, don't play in the next event. End of discussion.
