NESL - Round Outline? (Poll for matches!)
This is mainly our last detail for the matches that we haven't exactly decided yet. For now we have made it 10 Rounds to win a map, but the tournament will be played Single Elimination style; therefore 10 rounds means shorter games, and shorter games means shorter gametime.
Would anyone prefer to play up to 16 Rounds (or other?) or want to keep it at 10 rounds, and why. We will be clarifying this rule prior to the matches.
No longer needed. First team to 10 Rounds in each map wins for this cup.
Thanks for the opinions!
Note - Matches are BEST OF THREE.

Don't change the round style keep it first to 10. If you're worried about the games being too short just make it double elim. -

do we just veto maps until 3 left?
The best way of doing it would be this:
Each round, map 1 is randomized.
Afterward, the losing team picks the next map.
TheStupidRule: You cannot pick a map you have previously won on in the same set, unless the other team agrees to it.
If you wanted to do things with map-striking:
Team 1: Ban, Ban.
Team 2: Ban, Ban.
Team 1: Ban.
Team 2: Ban.
That gets things done slightly quicker than 1 map at a time, and doesn't give any one team an advantage by being second to ban (i.e. in sets of 3). -

lolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Teams veto maps, the team that started gets to pick 2nd, the other one gets to pick 1st and 3rd.
