X-Trap Error

Again, I keep getting this error code 10-0300-800C0008-104 I've been trying to play the game for a week now, and I keep getting this annoying message and I'm unable to play the game. I've done everything possible to try and fix it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled a dozen times now, the game is already on my anti-virus list of exceptions, I've also deleted the entire X-Trap folder and downloaded one from someone else, which fixed the game for three days, after that I continue to get this message. I'm debating whether I should even bother posting here any more or playing this game because of the lack of support from the GM's, if you're not going to focus on fixing this error or at-least getting rid of X-Trap in general, I want my money back. Because I paid for ZP in order to use it, not be locked out of the game for a week and unable to play. I've seen many others get the same error as I, and again no support or possible solution for fixing this error. Please GM's if you see this, please do whatever you can to fix this issue, otherwise I want my money back please. [ I also don't mean to be disrespectful to anyone, I'm just fed up with the lack of support, I apologize if I may come off as rude or disrespectful....and yes, I already am aware the issue is with the recent security update for Windows.]

    For them to fix that they need evidence that it occured. Meaning you need to provide them a screen shot of the error and attach it in a support ticket.

    Also, z8 does not issue any refunds of any products bought. Unless under federal circumstances I don't think you will be able to get your money back. Sorry for the bad news!

    And I bought ZP also. It's not fair I can't play. I understand you could not give us a refund but at least you should give some sort of compensation and a solution for this.

    I'm with you on the compensation part. If it's a mistake from them then they're responsible. But for the refund that is already stated in the terms that most of the players didn't read, yet they accepted it.

    Please take a screen shot and attach it in a support ticket and submit it as soon as possible so the issue you are facing gets dealt with soon.

    I cannot take a screenshot on this computer, I would've done so by now if I could. Many others have also sent a support ticket and they have yet to do something about it. I also realize they will not return my money, but I want to be compensated as this is an error at their end and not mine, and it's highly unfair that I cannot play the game because of this error. I've been playing since 2009, I've seen this come up before and not once have they offered a solution to this issue at all when several people have complained on the forums. I've seen Saidan check the posts here, so I'm sure he's seen this post, I've made three others just like it trying to get his attention, but he has said nothing of it, he has all the time to reply to others posts but not ones regarding this issue with X-Trap, which indicates two things;

    1) He doesn't know exactly how to deal with this issue.

    2) Or he simply doesn't care enough about it.

    Again, I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just saying it like it is, I've asked several times for help or support, a former moderator had more advice and help to offer than Saidan did, I understand him being busy and all, but this issue isn't just happening to me, many others are complaining about similar issues with X-Trap and I'm just trying to draw more attention and focus on this issue in particular.

    I understand your point. This has happened in the past and I belive no one has been compensated. The only time we got compensated was when they gave out free items as for an event then an update took place so we wasted about a day from the time we got on the items so they gave it back.

    I would like to tell you that I'm not an expert in errors I didn't get them in a long time. But when I had a problem like this I got a copy of the game file from my brother and it worked perfectly.

    Also when you said that Saidin does not know how to deal with it, you were kinda right! but same time wrong.

    Xtrap is powered by a separate company that I believe z8 has a contract with. The only thing GM Saidin can do is collect information such as error nubmers, what caused it, and screen shots and raise the matter to the "xtrap company" if you will.

    That is probably all I know about the matter sorry!
