Well guys,

I think it's time to say goodbye after 5 years playing CrossFire. I even played in the BETA. It was a great game but things changed fast after Z8Games brought out their "VIP" Guns.

For you GM's: woooow!! u doing great job really ) You should do maybe m12s vip with 200 ammo and higher damage and 100% wallbang.
I'm sure nobody will think about quit CF anymore!

Well, the thing is the VIP guns destroyed CrossFire. People started farming their ranks (I did too, I'm not secure from rankfarming).

I augur from this, after Z8Games finally made the best gun ever: -M4A1 VIP-
you don't even need to look at the other player when you shoot, just shoot 2 bullets throgh a wall and the other guy is dead.

Hackers are the problem! This is why I quit! Of course - I'm not saying Z8Games doesn't act against the hackers. Of course they are :"D ^^ !!
They have 1000 of hacking reports daily and they can't handle it alone. We all know.

People are waiting for a new Anti-Cheat and not always X-Trap, it's just a TIP from me into Z8Games! (Instead of make new weapon patches)

When I entered a room today, I only! AND I SWEAR TO GOD! I only saw people ping 80-180. I'm not a racist and I don't say 'all egys hack' it's not the thing!
The THING IS! that CrossFire has about 60% egyptian players or more. Then like 10% turkish and the rest all over the world.

I mean.. it's CF north AMERICA and z8games should think about why many german or american people stop playing crossfire.

The end of the story:

In like 3 years I'm sure I will reinstall CF just to check out.
What you will see:
- nothing huh?! All servers empty.

hmmm. some true words. but the last days was wonderfull to play.
i just see 3,4,5 hackers per day...
me and my friends have at this time a lot of fun while farming living cows at uk1.

Players are tried of the BS in game now. Servers are empty. And when you are in a room. Hacks kick you before you can kick them. Is was in a room full of speeders. I made a comment about it and boom, I was kicked for it. Was called an American scum bag and I should die. Wow! nice NA servers now, BS.

I gave up on the game a while back. Pop in once in a while to see if things have changed but they never do. They should upgrade to a newer engine that is easier to control hacks but I doubt they would do that, too much time and money needed for that.

Left long time ago. Yet my name and clan tag tend to follow me where ever I go have met a lot of people from here in other games. Have no idea who they are but apparently they know me from here.

Best thing I did long ago is walk away from this game. Its dated engine will never go anywhere or be enhanced. Unless they make a CF2 your stuck with the same ole issues that have been around forever.

And this ISNT going to last. For instance, i know that there is already a public multiheck released just yesterday.


Im sure you dont know how hacks work, but basically the hacks which have been screwing with crossfire are injected by the crossfire.exe themselves. They simply replace a .dll which is already used by the game, with the one containing the hecks. Xtrap does not check this DLL, as they think it's just a crossfire file. and voila, cheats are spawned. All this latest patch did, is fix that. Kids will just go back to using injectors.

I'm about to leave too. After spending ridiculous amounts of crates and wining nothing. Why play such a bad game that they don't even let you win by spending hundreds of $$$
