ESG Winter Series 3rd Place Prize

Hello friends and community,

Upon reading ThroneAndre's thread, I have come to realize that I have not received my ZP prize for placing 3rd in ESG as a member of Team Prime. It's been almost 2 weeks since you(Saidin) said that they it has been sent, and I'm just wondering if there is anything I'm missing out on. Are there complications I don't know about? I'm just hoping we can get on the same page with how things are going.
