Custom mouse issue?

I have a IntelliMouse Explorer 3 and somehow my two customizable buttons don't work?

I set the custom buttons to r and 3

I have already tried it on some other games and they work fine but in Crossfire only my roller and left and right c******s work -_-

LoL Crossfire just sucks i ve had it i am getting dc every time i cant make a clan war completed black screen dissapeard and a sillently dc came they are catastrhophee they fail so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so HARD!
