i buy the ak47 siver in the item mall 6900 bp and i dont have it in my inventory.
NOBODY CAN HELP ME PLZ

If you had at least 6900 BP and you don't have it then you should not worry about it. You will eventually get it. Just make sure that you actually purchased it and wait a few hours

Check if it isn't in the "My items" tab in the mall, sometimes BP items require you to manually activate them in the webmall before they're delivered.

usually within 24-48 hours, business days only, so that excludes saturday and sunday, if you submit a ticket on these days or friday for instance, expect to hear back by tuesday..
