Pathetic (Crossfire Crate Event)
So summer comes to an end. I will go ahead and say that I'm pretty sure that summer is the time where people play the most. I think crossfire's players are mostly Public school, High school, College/University students. So Summer comes to an end, we get some "BUY ZP FOR NEW ITEMS" patches. Then when everybody has school work to get to and a REAL LIFE to get to, crossfire says "HEY, LETS PUT AN EVENT OUT TO GET KIDS AWAY FROM THERE HOMEWORK AND TO A VIDEO GAME TO THEY GET THINGS THEY CAN ONLY GET WITH REAL MONEY (ZP Crates). Now come on, that is just pathetic. You guys had 2 months to come out with an event like this and you didn't.

Well, it's on the weekend, and I can't play computor on week days because I have school, it works out perfectly for me, and I can't buy zp, so getting free crates is awesome!
Do you think university students have time on weekends? I'm in highschool and i have NO time on weekends. -
LOL! You just can't please anybody these days. The company does something nice and people just complain about it. You do realize, of course, that the transition from Suba to Z8Games put a dent in any plans that they might have had for the summer, right?

I believe that school is more important than some game and someone with self control can see that homework is more important. They are not making you play. The ZP crates are on the weekends only and the GP is through the week. Most people will not have homework on the weekend.

This thread falls. Heres my opinion. Z8 games i think can have whatever events they want whenever they want. If you cant play 2 hrs a day to qualify to something dont QQ about it. Z8 games isnt saying you have to play the game. Im in high school get homework everyday/weekend and I can play 2hrs a day+. Theres people in my clan thats in university/real jobs/school and they can play 2hrs a day. If you dont have time to play a game then dont even bother gaming..

Noone here had problems with suba and their forum actually worked.

You should have prepared a reason as to why we did this stupid switch before we switched, or maybe during the 2 week period we had nowhere to post. -
When the company is ready to make a statement about it they will. To be honest, if you have so many negative things to say, why don't you just go to another forum to express them?
You make a lot of assumptions. How do you know whether or not they are sitting around doing nothing? Why do you assume that making the transition from a Discuz 6.1 forum to a vBulleting forum is easy? Don't you think that if the switch was planned that they would have made a statement about it?
I happen to know that the staff has been hard at work at this transition. You can't please all of the people all of the time, and apparently you can't be pleased at all. -

If they were able to, they would have. I don't know much more about the situation than anyone else, but when the time is right they'll let us know.

Lol apparently i found the 2 ****** brownnosers who had fun waiting for a semifunctioning forum for 2 weeks, who also enjoy counting the months before a new patch and who occasionally enjoy getting railed by hackers.
I dont think im asking for them to part the nile, all i want is a response. -
No, I hate this forum because takes forever to load stuff and hate the skin. I know patches take forever and I know games are full of hackers, this isn't anything new. I'm just saying if you don't know both points of views making assumptions is pointless as they are most likely incorrect.

Some people in CF have something called lifes. It's the summer! They won't stay inside playing CF all day. They might also go on Vacations like I did.
Now the end of the summer is here and everyone who was gone is back for school, so making it the week before school is the best option the bussiness has to market. DONE.

I'm not going to read this thread after seeing the first 4 posts about "OMG Y U DO DIS"
They don't have to do these events. They did it to be nice. If you don't have the self control to finish your homework/go to work/ spend time with your girlfriend (ha!) before you sit down to play a game, thats your fault!
Really, you guys wonder why we don't get more stuff...the reason is because whenever Z8 does something, more people cry about it than honestly than say "Thank you". -
Sadly half of the people here misunderstood what i was saying. I said its pathetic because of the time they chose. They had to 2 MONTHS where EVERYBODY plays more than they do during the school year. Yea ok they switched ti z8 but that wasn't till august. Oh and Reezy makes a lot of sense, so don't flame him for having a different opinion and not sucking up to all MODS and GM's

After all this homework you people have you're bound to forget it (sarcasm). LOL I'm in High School with Honor Courses and I'm going out for the tennis team and I always find time to get on for at least 2 hours. >.> just be happy they are giving you something. You would be angrier if they did nothing. LOL as for homework on the weekends. NONE OVER HERE.

OMG quit complaining. They are trying to do something nice for us players. I am sure you can find 2 hours in your busy schedules to play.
I appreciate what Z8 games is doing. I wouldn't be able to get ZP crates, otherwise.

Well summer is over and they do this cratet shiz ithink its tupid why they dident make it durning the summer but another thing is they dont give a shiz about us only the damb money so ya and well i say eff the crates school is more important but at elst you get the zp crates on weekends
