hack tool detected

Hi,

I have a problem.
Everytime i login it's said that a hack tool have been detected.
I don't know how it come because i don't hack ! (if i was hacking i didn't ask you to help me)
So then i'm blocked for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes I can play correctly.

It's very annoying, because i am a fairplayer and I hate hackers.
Hack is THE biggest problem of CrossFire. and I DON'T hack

So can somebody help me because i don't know what to do.

Ah okey, i thought i was alone but then it's very annoying because other players think i'm hacking and they always kik me
