OBS Makes Game Choppy - Need HELP

I use it to livestream during tournaments as my form of recording.
Bandicam/OBS/Other softwares all are causing this.

I have 200 fps constant(normal) and 13-15 ping(normal) but in-game is very choppy and greatly affects performance. Anything in OBS settings that may be the reason for this?
Kinda thinking it's resolution problem but could be way wrong. Using 75hz 1280 x 1024 resolution.

What is the CPU preset and what fps is OBS running?

Just to give some more information about the problem, turning in Crossfire causes choppy-ness and I can easily show it's causing cf to be super choppy by being in the lobby of CF(Using windowed mode) right clicking and moving Crossfire window really fast. VERY CHOPPY and not like this when streaming/recording.
