new mouse

Planning to buy a new mouse for gaming, any suggestions? Heard DA and sensei were decent.

Comments

  • I used to use the Sensei and it's a great mouse but the driver/software is complete garbage.
I am using the DA right now and it's an OK mouse.
    Sensei > DA imo
  • I suggest the DA. Cheaper than the Sensei and for bigger palms. Sensei just has fancy colours and its smaller.
  • Keep the suggestions coming, appreciate it.

I picked up a Rival today actually. I use it on a Razer Goliathus Extended (Because **** you that's why)

It's actually incredibly smooth. It's like butter, but it's weird on my big hands (hand feels too wide.) I'll have to get used to it a little more because I used to use an Ambidextrous mouse. Target acquisition and the overall feel of the mouse is great.

The 1 con I found with the mouse is HUGE. For some ******ed reason they think it's a good idea to make the cord on the mouse RUBBERIZED, so it creates drag everywhere. I literally had to tape the first foot of my cord (from the mouses end) in order to fix it.

Edit: I owned 2 Death Adders before my ambidextrous Razer Ouroboros (It was a gift, I would never really use that thing.)

The DA's are ergonomically the best **** ever, but I wouldn't say they're the best.

Let me know in a week or 2 if the coating down by the end of the mouse buttons wears away for you too.

What do you mean? The grip?

no the top part of the mouse, where the pad of your fingers (the part of your finger that you ink for fingerprinting, don't know the correct term) sit

i dont know if it is from clicking or general movement, but that is wearing away on mine

I think that also depends on the person. I don't tend to sweat a lot of with my hands, sometimes I do sometimes I don't. That'd probably do it, but it's like that on all mice. You should keep a rag or napkin or something in front of you when you play and when you die or get a break ingame just wipe your hands. Other than that it's expected from all mice really.

Oh no. Sorry for not being some super mouse elitist and not buying the most obscure random mouse.

Ooh I guess I ****ed up and bought something I enjoyed again... Damn it.

  • DA 2013 is nice. Scroll wheel is a bit loose I think though.

I find it quite amusing when people from the piece of **** parts of Poland, who's toothless parents and grandparents used to live in hutts made of **** and milk their own cows for their miserable living. My ancestors built Warsaw and lived there ever since. You ****ing slave, people like you are the sole reason why I don't identify myself with Poles. Most of you forget how big of a ****hole you come from and you come here and act like you own the place. That's why no one likes us. Because of lowlife scum like you.

That or your weirdo ass is just mad about getting cut from my team. Advice? Go and have a life for a few months maybe then you'll become a half decent player. You're by far the weirdest ****ing person I've ever played with. You were definitely lonely and had no friends while growing up.

Edit: LOL, you can't even spell UKRAINIAN. You, sir, are ****ing ******ed.

I've always used hard mousepads but they tend to wear out so quick and the DA didn't feel nice on a cloth mousepad. Rival on the other hand felt, just like you said, very nice and smooth.

I just tried my Rival sitting funny in my chair so I could only reach the wood of my desk... It doesn't even work on my desk. You might as well be using a Potato at that point, but you throw it on a Cloth Mousepad and it's glorious.

That's strange, it works OK on my desk. :P
  • Ive been through a couple deathadders and just got me a g9x. I take the gripped casing around the mouse and play it like that. I basically palm the whole mouse (pretty comfortable in comparison to the huge deathadder). Its like the size of a hamster, imagine palming that.

Yeah it bugs out. It's weird.

Idk the Death Adder fit my hand perfectly. I found it to be a perfect fit, and my hands aren't THAT big.

If you can go to a store and just palm their selection you'd be able to figure it out what you want to use from there.

I like the g9x, I always played with the precision* shell/grip though, I've never played with the other one, in fact, I think I threw it in the garbage..

Your ancestors may have helped built warsaw , but that was in the beginning or earlier in the last milenium. You're such a silly Ukrainian, did I spell your country right that time? At least me true to yourself and admit you suck and always have and always will. You're nothing in life also, just a spoiled kid that maxes his parents credit cards on zp for a nearly-dead game. Continue to live in your own little world lol. Soon to be Russian, Ukrainian fool ;)

It seems there are two fat poles arguing! Who will take home the right to be called polish?! Stay tuned for more!

Yet I speak polish and you don't?

    smh

I'm 21, I'm moving out in May. I haven't used my parent's CC for at least 5-6 years. I buy ZP because I can afford it. I suck yet I cut you from my team, makes sense you ****ing weirdo. ****ing spending the New Years Eve by himself at the age of 17 playing games. You are so ****ing pathetic.

It's astonishing how much you're bullshitting here. You told me you weren't even Polish, so you were lying about that? In another thread, you stated earlier that you take co-op classes, that's non-profit work am I correct? Yet, you sit there and claim that you earn more than me, a full time worker that gets paid not even close to minimum wage. With that being said, I doubt you work full time and still have time to attend high school. Pimp even gets paid a lot more than I do, which is why he can spend his money on whatever the **** he wants. Life is different outside of high school, so wait three more months before talking.
