Why doesn't CF NA switch to 5 rounds a half? I mean, CFS runs on 5 rounds per half, shouldn't we adapt to that kind of meta? Could have like 2 matches a day not 1.

Incorrect. CFS uses 9 rounds TOTAL per half, meaning that someone can potentially win 9 rounds in a single half and then only need one round when teams switch sides. The score of a half adds up to 9 rounds, so a common score is usually 5-4 or 6-3, but a team can potentially reach 9 rounds on a half. 5 round halves wouldn't achieve this result and would not be the same format as CFS.

To be honest all games should be in the 9 rounds total per half with armor being allowed in all matches not just certain rounds. Seems kind of inconsistent to have group play, and conference play without armor, then have the top 8 Armor vs each other to decide a winner. I feel like you should just have it all throughout allowed.

Not that simple. They are providing armor for free for 8 teams. It's a ZP item. Allowing it for 40+ teams through 4-6 weeks worth of play? Not really beneficial to them. Let alone the fact that some teams end up going dead in the middle of an event, then you have to deal with logistics of people who got free armor and are not playing in the event. In the end, this is still a business. At least with 8 teams left in playoffs, you have a pretty good guarantee that those teams will stick it out until the end of the event.

Ah, thought it was 5 rounds. My mistake. Still, 5 rounds per half would be a lot more fun IMO but I also like the clan war style.
