Urgent Issue

Well, after the XTrapper patch, my laptop couldn't run Cross Fire.
I got the game engine's hack preventer running, but right after it finished checking, a black screen fills up like 2/4 of the screen and freezes.

It's like it would be a twin square of the screen but a smaller.
Can someone please help me?

I want to play Cross Fire on my laptop but I can only play it on my computer. I have no problems with my laptop's running softwares or anything.

Solutions I've already tried:
Redownloading and installing Cross Fire
Rebooting laptop
