PC keeps freezing.

Hey guys, when I play any game, at random times, my FPS would drop to 3-10 until I move the mouse and then my FPS would go back to normal. I tried looking online but I can't really find anything that is suitable or legit. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas because it is starting to get slightly annoying.

check your cpu and gpu temps. also run a few test on your harddisk. I had a similar problem once because my drive was fragmented.
