Resolution issue

Hello, when ever I start Crossfire, the right side of the game is on the left side of the window, I can't see the left side, so I changed my resolution down to 1024x768 and changed it to my native ( which is 1680x1050 ), I press save, doesn't even change the resolution, I tried restarting it after saving and had to wait for the 30 minute game load to find out, not a thing had changed, same pop-up window with discounts in the store that I've seen 15 other times, but yeah, I keep doing the same thing and nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
