[3.2.1] Harassment Definition and Clauses
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, Stalking, inappropriate name-calling, offensive or negative remarks directed to a single player or group of players, impersonation and false information. All harassment cases may be reported through the appropriate channels to a Z8Games representative, however, Z8Games, in its sole judgment, will determine the extent to which a player or account may be punished for harassment.

[3.5] Reporting Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the account holder to report, to the Z8Games Support Site, any violations of the rules within this agreement. Z8Games reserves the right to take any level of action based on the reported evidence.

that guy fox should definitely be banned definitely this is totally unacceptable and I must say deserve a permanent ban yes GM I would request that they all our hackers about wendee him and the clan leader both hacker they hacked my friend gunna's clan and also now you can see he is saying that they gonna hack again yep defo deserve a ban.

Absolutely, if you dislike the way you were treated and feel that you've been harassed in any way, feel free to contact support. Wrap up these screenshots and attach them in a ticket and file it under complaint.

Another solution that could be taken into consideration is blocking the user who continuously harass you, unfriending him/her if he/she is on your friend list. By doing that, you're sending the message to him/her that you don't care about what he/she is criticizing or trashing you for (which you really shouldn't care anyways to begin with).
