Need some help about my PC'S

A hour ago while I'm playing WM this happened;



First it happened 2 day ago and it turned normal when I relog and today it happened again, looks like my graphic card is dead.

My problem is I have 2 pc, one is ddr2 and other one is ddr3 (this error happened on old pc ddr2 one) and I want to build them. This one is had 1gb ram and loading screen was taking almost 2 min, game was freezing so bad. Now I bought 2gb ram and loading screen takes 1 sec, pc is faster but I still have low fps 30-60. This is properties of this pc;

And other one is doesn't have any graphic card and has 2gb ram, I will buy 4gb more. So I'm gonna need 2x graphic card but I don't know much about it, can anyone give me an advice and explain me how it would affect pc, how much fps I will get on both pc's?

Also how does power supply affect pc? My old pc's power supply is damaged sometimes it gives bad noises so I will buy 1 more power supply too but I don't know how it affect pc.

blur out your product key at least, its probably a graphics card glitch.. I got that this morning too when i set the game on "level 5" graphics for wave mode.

But I still getting low fps, 1 year ago it was 100-130 with same card and now I have 3gb ram instead of 1
