How many fps would this get

With 1000 dollars you could easily build a PC that could max out settings for a lot of games. If just a PC for CF, 300-500 dollars could easily max out this game (waste though). But yeah. Laptop? Hell naw, waste of money man..
Cons for laptop? You can't upgrade parts and once if it's damaged it's hard to repair it by yourself. Plus most laptops ventilation systems are complete shiit -
yo foob the only reason I have to be looking at a laptop is for portability and ease of use(school)... obviously if I'm looking for overall better gaming, a desktop is the way to go. I just want to make sure that if I get a laptop, I can get good fps on cf without a problem
-
Well you'll probably be paying for the portability, rather than the absolute cheapest machine to get 300FPS or whatever.
But for school that seems good, you really don't need anything special for school.
exactly... but what fps would I get in 5v5s -

It's Crossfire. As long as you're not playing on a Potato you'll get enough FPS. It'd be easier to tell how much FPS you'd get if it was Desktop stuff, so I don't know exactly, but at least it's not a potato. -

On what settings? Intel 3000 shouldnt get you more than 60-80 fps on low settings.. And what processor was it? And if your spending 1k on an laptop its generally going to be good that one has a gtm 755 I think. it can run some decent games also the asus and MSI are for hardcore gaming -
