hack tool detected !!!

This is happens too much nowadays, I don't know what hack tool is, nor ever used it not now not before, sometimes I think this will not happened again if I seriously used hack tool...its really annoying...

More information would be useful!
Upload the ss to imgur and use the BBcode! (example ''[I MG]http://imgur.com/pIjFLt2?tags[/IM G]'')
Try closing any extra programs that are running in the background!

Yep, I always get it when I first log in and go to storage, then profile and go get drink and come back,,,,everrytime lol
