Old account issue, consider it please.

Long time ago, around July of 2011 I created an account like every Cross Fire player, and I started playing with it as normal. Suddendly around 2012 my account was h@ck3d, I tryed to get it back but nothing I was in my reach to do with that issue. I had not known of the Support section at the main page, because I wasn't aware of it, because I was only concentrated in playing.
Nowdays, I've no idea what the email of that account was, either the security question, I just left that account and played with other.
That's why, now, that I have matured, I'm posting this. I'm not sending a support ticket because I do not have any information of my old account, except of the login ID and password.
Plus my account now is permanently banned, thanks to the damn h@ck3r. But I got many videos that displays that the account was mine, and I would like to know if I could get at least the email to try to remember the password and get back my account, and of course, get the ban out.. [K]I DONT KNOW IF ITS POSSIBLE[/K], that's why I'm posting this here to get a Moderator or GM answer.
