Introduction
•As some of the clans want to experience competitive gaming I will help them to have a feel of the competitive gaming looks like. With the WCG CANADA ruleset. Scheduling:
•Default time for the matches will be on Fridays at 9 PM EST
•If you request to reschedule your match with another team, X-Fire them, PM in games or in the forums. The important thing is, you should take a screenshot of the reschedule time
•There should be at least 4 people in the game room in order to start the game.
•No shows, take a screenshot of your entire screen with time and game room.

•80% of the players should be in the same clan. That means you can only have 2 players out of the clan.
•You must have a minimum of 5 players on your roster before signing up, in other words, you cannot signup with only 3 people, then put in “TBA” in the rest of your slots, and you will only be allowed a maximum of 10 players.
•Substitutions may be made anytime during the match as long as they’re on your roster. You may have up to 8 roster changes during the whole event.
•Changing your roster 12 hours before your match WILL NOT be valid

Anti Cheat:
•Screen capture must be started before the game goes live (in the lobby).
•Screen capture will consist of using a capture program
(fraps/growler/bandicam/camstudio/twitch) at 15 fps minimum.
Quality must be of acceptable level so that details can be made out.
•SOUND MUST BE recorded, capturing in game sound, and Voip communication
•The whole screen must be recorded, not just around the crosshair

*RECORDING REGULATIONS:*
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bandicam - 10 fps, 20 quality, halfsize
Fraps - 10 FPS , HALF SIZE

I would allow video cams and cell phones in this conditions.
-Task Manager should be shown in the video before the game starts
-All background application should be shown before the game starts
-I want to see the crosshair and a clear screen
Therefore I will allow video cams, cell phones as a secondary recording device

Disputes:
•Disputes must be made within 3 hours after the match.
•If disputed, you have 48 hours to upload your screenshot, bandicam, or do whatever you need to do to void the dispute.
•A video dispute, should be uploaded.(youtube, mediafire)
•Armor dispute, you MUST show the box score when someone ask you to screenshot

•15 minute grace period
•A knife round will determine who gets to pick the first side. The only knifes that are allowed are the default knifes.
•The winner of the match is determined by who wins the most rounds out of both halves. If however there is a tie, sets of 3 round halves will be played. To make this easier, the only possible scores in 1 half are 3-0, 2-1, 1-2, or 0-3. The first to score 4 wins. If a 2nd tie breaker has to be played, then a golden round must be played. The team who lost the knife round at the beginning of the match gets to pick the side. From there whoever wins the first round, wins the match. Both the tie breakers will be played on the original map.
•And If a UK Team will verse a NA team, 1st half will be played of E8 and 2nd half will be played on UK5-8.

•1-man boosting is allowed (2 people involved)
•The use of double-jumping is allowed
•The use of bunny hopping is allowed
•The use of exploiting glitches unintended for the play of game are prohibited. Usage of a glitch will result in a forfeit of the match.
•Should a disconnection occur during a game, the current round will be played out. The round will not be restarted & the game will be paused before the next round starts. Teams will return to match lobby and wait for the game to resume.
•Each team is allowed up to 2 pauses per game (Up to 2 and a half minutes per pause) in the event of a disconnected player not returning before the next round starts.
Once those 2 pauses are used, the game will not pause at the start of the next round. Teams will be expected to use a substitute player in their place or play at a disadvantage until the disconnected player returns.
