Im looking for 3 players that is active, 1,2 + KDR, friendly, don't care about clan rank or how many members it contain.

I'm just looking for 3 players, cuz u can play cw even if your just 9 members in the clan, the only is that u are online much

While I agree with you on your idea about a clan, I just don't understand your problem. These rules are far from 'strict observation'. They basically require you to be active at least, to some level and to be an honorable player. As for clan war rules, they need to be a bit strict.

I understand what you mean, but if I don't have strict rules and a rank limit, to many noops will apply to the clan. Maybe even hacckers will apply to my community and that's a no no!
