Banned for hack tool unfairly

Hope a GM sees this. Saturday, 15 mar 2014, 1015 PM EDST, I got kicked out of the game with some message about hack tool detected. That is not true ! Been playing this game for over three years and have never cheated. What the heck is going on ? Thanks in advance, DukeRandler

Many times when you are in a game a message appears that hack detected.
But hey if you can point the number of hack detected you can send a Support for them and there's going because you explain that error.
