Did not recieve "awarded" survey credit

I did 4 surveys within the last 2 days and all 4 have been deemed "awarded" status.

BUT!!!!!!!!

I did not recieve ANY CREDIT at all from those 4 surveys!!!
It's been over 24 hours and the super rewards customer service has not responded to my questions or complaints?!?!

ALSO!!!!

All the credit appeared under the "pending" logo (has a refresh button and says "pending" zp) and stayed for a day before it DISSAPPEARED!!!! Leaving me with 1000-2000 zp still "
"PENDING" while I got zero zp at all in my account!

This has never happened before and started 4 days ago up to now!!!(with other survey offers)

Has this happened to you? And what should I do? Z8 help me please
