Cannot find file needed for patch

Anyone knows how to fix it?

i had searched for a solve because i have the same proplem ... from the SS he is useing XP try to change to 7 and check [h=2]SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS the game is not suport XP

If anyone else happens to have this problem, check the other post I made yesterday. But in summary: This error happened when downloading file 1346. Reinstalling the game entirely fixed the problem for me but if you can not reinstall another possible fix I see is find someone to send you their "1346" folder and replace your own folder with that one.
