Don't receive bonus 10% ZP

Like the title said, I recently recharged ZPs a couple times, hoping to receive 10% extra ZP to buy crates. However, upon purchasing, I did not receive bonus ZPs.

I saw the message from GM Saidin that the issue may not be display immediately, so I thought maybe the bonus ZP would deliver after the event. Now, it's been 2 days since the event and I still don't receive any bonus ZP.

So is it just my account that did not receive ZP? Or is it because the original bonus 10% ZP (ie: 100,000 ZP | US $79.99Bonus: 10000 Z8 Bonus Points) IS the bonus 10% ZP?

I don't even have that bonus. I guess that's a good thing because my computer functions properly then.

I guess the admins would explain this on Monday/Tues since they don't work in the weekend.
